We stayed at this place for 2 nights at the end of our big trip across Andalucia and I am glad we haven't booked it for longer. It's nothing special and there's almost no reason to stay there unless other places in the neighborhood are booked. Except for the location - it's right at the bus stop (within 20 meters), public bus takes you to the center of Malaga. The walk to the beach is also short - 10 minutes for adults.
The rooms are clean, but quite small, no fridge or anything. The breakfast is coffee and toast bread with butter/jam. You have to beg for juice.
The most unpleasant part however is the staff - with ZERO English skills. I had a hard time explaining to the reception clerk that she confused the numbers and charged more for our room (88.66 euros instead of 66.88, something like this) the issue was resolved thanks to another Spanish-speaking guest, otherwise I don't know if we would manage to communicate the problem.
I've noticed several senior British people among guests, no idea how do they get by without Spanish there.

We booked the hotel direct having seen it on several booking sites. The communication from the hotel had been very clear and we booked a superior double room. The hotel has no parking which made unloading our luggage a little difficult and finding public parking at the weekend proved almost impossible.

The room itself was great with a very powerful air conditioning unit which was much appreciated. The room was kept very clean and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic.

The hotel location could not have been better with the paseo along the beach just two minutes walk away. Literally dozens of bars and restaurants were close at hand providing a great choice of places to sit, eat and people watch. Outside of the hotel was a bus stop with regular buses running into Malaga centre at a cost of just 1.30 euros

We didn't use many of the hotel's facilities as we preferred to go out but the staff were generally helpful with maps and directions and overall our sta was a very pleasant experience

I was here with 6 students for one night. We came to Malaga to spend "Noche de San Juan", and this place was perfect for us. "Boutique" like lodging, 5 minutes walk to beach, rooms are nice with A/C and clean. They just renovated all the bathrooms in rooms. The service was excellent and accommodating to our needs. Gracias!

We stayed here for one night. The location is a few blocks from the beach which is good. We didn't try breakfast there. The room we got was a bit spartan, but clean. We had a room facing the main road which is not good. Lots of traffic, buses, trucks and motos. It quieted down after 11 pm, but starts back up in the morning. The staff was helpful, but at $100, a think overpriced.

Room Tip: Don't get a room facing the road.

We only stayed here because we couldn't get anywhere else and that would be our advice to others. Staff were very unfriendly and bathroom was cramped. Great frequent bus service just outside the door.
