I stayed in many places in Spain, but this hotel was a little piece of heaven! The women who run this place will do anything to make your stay amazing. They were concerned enough to help me find my way (in high heels down a pebbly street) to the train station in the morning. My room was very quaint and comfortable and well maintained and clean! I could open my window and see the foyer with hanging plants and fruit baskets! This hotel is right in the center of Cordoba and close to all the sights and extremely affordable and very quiet at night!

Room Tip: I would imagine all rooms are quiet this hotel is in a very low traffic area, but still close to main attractions.

It was not easy getting to this hotel. The road was so narrow I was sure we’d end up wedged between two walls and never escape! It’s a cute little city and I suppose our hotel was a reflection of that. It had charm but on a scale designed for very small people. We couldn’t open our suitcases up as there was no place to put them. The shower was so narrow that you couldn’t bend over without the concern that your head might open the door! And then there was the rattling air conditioner.. only necessary because of the noise from the street below kept us from leaving the windows open. The location was great.. very central and the people running the hotel were lovely.

Stayed 1 night in April. Reached the hostel at 1230 and was given a room right away even though I was early. The hostel is basically 2 minutes walk straight through the big Almodovar gate. The lady at reception did not speak English but explained the main sights on a map and communicated well enough. The lovely flower patio when you enter feels so welcoming.

I was given room 4 on the first floor, no lift but managed. The bed is small but comfortable and its quiet, slept well. Very big bathroom and nice shower. Free tea-coffee, snacks and fruit that you can enjoy at any time. Was convenient for a quick breakfast since I had an early train.

Lots of restaurants nearby and all the sights are within walking distance. The local bus to the main bus/train station is about 7 minutes walk away. Paid E40 for one night and felt it was a bit expensive.

Very creative use of a small space, which actually felt more expansive because the common patio, which has comfortable seating, was right outside the door to my little room. AND they provide coffee and fruit and little packaged muffins. The experience was even better because Pacquita at the front desk was delightful.

Nice hostel in the historical area. Good place close to restaurants and tapas bar. Friendly staff. No parking in the building but close to a public one. It should be paid separately. In general you will not need the car in this part of the city.
