This property is located very close to Railway Station and Bus stand. The old town and all the touristy things are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious with large bath rooms. Addition of Coffee/Tea maker would have made it an excellent accommodation.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room tastefully decorated.Highly recommended for those visiting Lubeck for the first time.

We stayed here for just one night. This would definitely be a place I would stay at again.

The rooms were very comfortable. Unfortunately, our room faced the front and the street below, so it was quite loud. However, our friends did not have street noise at all.

The location was great! We were able to walk directly to the old town of Lubeck. I would have loved to have stayed here and poke around longer.

The breakfast was a standard lay out and was tasty.

Room Tip: ask for a room that is not facing the front street.

We stayed here at the end of May for a couple of nights. A great introduction to Germany. This was a lovely hotel very close to the train station in Lubeck. You can easily walk to the historic centre. We were a family of four and the room was lovely and a good size. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room was so nice. I loved the quaintness of this hotel and the staff very helpful especially Spyros (I believe that was his name).

A short walk from the main train station in an older, well maintained building. Clean and comfortable room with enough space. Nice view of street. Pleasant walk to old town with plenty of choice for meals. Breakfast included was filling and staff were very friendly. Would stay again if ever in Lubeck.

Booked a Superior Double Room including breakfast for 3 nights.

Its an easy walk from the train station, about 6 minutes and the adjacent bus station and well located to Holstentor and thus the old town about 5 minutes away, depending on traffic lights.

There are about 4 steps, a landing and then 6 upto reception.

We were allocated Room 26 but needed to ask for map, the hotels location on said map, wifi codes breakfast times. In other words info was not forthcoming.

I noticed there is a lift, but our room was on the same floor as reception, so did not use it.

Our room was spacious and the windows, which are openable, look out on the back. There is a spacious sitting area with a sofa and an easy chair and there are 2 tvs. No bar fridge, but wines and 2 bottled waters and peanuts with a price list. There are plenty of easily accessible power points. The wifi was free and worked very well.
The bathroom, (yes, there is a bath with the shower over it) is a good size. Its got a drying rack.

Our room was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor. Its a bit tight with too many chairs and tables to allow easy access. The buffet provided what is normally expected of a German hotel. It was regularly replenished and there is something there for everyone, but not particularly inspiring. For hot food, there was bolied eggs and scrambled.

On the last morning staff looked after our luggage while we did a little more exploring. Thanks for that.

It was an unremarkable stay, but good value and provided everything we needed. Overall this hotel delivers.
Would recommend it, not only for those using public transport and easy access to the Aldstadt. If you want a little more space in your room, book a Superior one
