The staff were very pleasant, the food excellent and the room very big and comfortable. A small point, but the toiletries were very nice. A small negative point was that I found it a bit strange to be asked for my vaccine passport in the bar ten minutes after I had had it checked at the front desk. This may, however, have to do with the local law.
I made this booking on behalf of my boss as he was attending due to business. Stephanie helped me with booking the room, sorting out the members account issue, booking airport transfers and extra taxis for other little trips during his stay. Amazing service! Thank you for all you did. He informed me that everything went incredibly smooth.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful old building in the center of Leipzig. We took the standard room which was very elegant and comfortable. Nice view from the windows. More than big enough for 2 adults and a child. We didn’t hear any other guests even though the hotel was quite full. Shower was exquisite. Ordered room service which came quickly and was tasty.
Breakfast is very delicious but not a buffet (due to covid), so that means you have to order what you want which was slightly tedious as they seemed a little understaffed. That was really the only slight negative. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Would definitely recommend!

We spent in the hotel only two nights, we could do more. great breakfast but too expensive
Experience was terrible. Only location is the main advantage. Cleaning was terrible. twice from 3 day we've got wet towels with blood on them. shower works wrong. after first night wasn't add new shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was messed up. firstly brought sweet and after eggs. the quality of breakfast is also was on very poor level. In the evening in the bar - barman added not ours order and it was found out by us only after we paid. Gym is terrible as well. no any chiller or bottled water. not equipped totally. The only reason why We prolonged our stay because it was provided by Porsche as partner hotel for better logistics.
