Hotel is an renovated older building.
You can park in the underground parking or in front of the hotel, parking is included in the price. In Dresden is an fee for the local goverment 3 EUR per person per night.
Room is small, bath room is very small. Everything clean.
In the bathroom is soap etc.
In the room is small TV set, free WiFi.
Hotel is offering breakfest, but we try breakfest in one of restaurants in the centre.
Centre is about 15 minutes walking trough not very nice streets.
Reception is friendly helpfull, You are not forced to pay in advance.
We have got bottle of water included.

I used to be there just because of there location.
The breakfast is simple but good.
You need like 15 min to get to the city.
The manager Mrs Berger is so nice and understand her business
and mrs eitze is there for you if you need anything from the housekeeping.
the best room i would say is the suite on the top floor.
Im ready to comeback to you.
Good job lisa koschel eddy hoppe Mrs Eitze and all the rest from the team

Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms clean and good size. Bathroom is a bit small but still OK. It takes around 20 min by foot to get to the hotel from the central station and around 20-25 to the city center. Breakfast is good.

We wanted a room for three people and were given a suite which was a good size and gave us access to a fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen equipment. Reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a little way out of town but within walking distance of the centre. Parking is plentiful and free - including their underground car park. The room was not luxurious but the price seemed very reasonable compared to other hotels in the city. Wi-fi speed was acceptable. The rooms don't have air-conditioning and, if you have the windows open, there is traffic noise but we tend to travel with earplugs for such occasions. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I'd be happy to stay here again and will look out for the Achat brand elsewhere, this being our first stay in an Achat hotel.
