We were welcomed by an extremely helpful and charming receptionist who gave us a lot of information about how to get into the city and back by tram. She wrote everything
down for us so that we didn't get lost or go in the wrong direction, which has happened in the past!
We went into the city in the evening and there was an open air concert outside the opera house, which was fantastic.
We ate in a cafe at the side of the market square which was not very good.
The following day we went back into the city again and visited several churches and museums. We ate at a street cafe which was very good value with schnitzel and frites plus a drink for €8.80.
The hotel was very good and comfortable though the duvets were too small.
The fitness centre is in the Holiday Inn next door and is good.
The internet was free but we could not get it to work.More
