The Hotel location is right in the centre of the town. The rooms are not that big, but ok, as one is hardly in the rooms, as there is so much sightseeing to do.
Most of the sightseeing places are walking distance, thats why this place is really good, centrally located.
The breakfast is ok....

The hotel itself was clean, room was not really big but it was good enough to be comfortable. Rooms are clean, beds (even the sofa bed) are comfortable and the bathroom looked new. Since some hotels esp in Europe have no AC, we were lucky that this hotel has AC. Helpful mostly during the summer season. TV has a lot of channels which was good especially if you have kids.

Also, you know how some hotels look new in the lobby but when you get to the rooms they are quite dated and kind of musty, this hotel is not at all like that. For the price that we paid for, it was totally worth it :) Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent - mostly bread and cold cuts, they also have cereal and some spreads. Just a heads up, it wasn't a very big selection, but it was good enough.

Location - perfect! It was just walking distance to the sight-seeing places and places to eat. Parking in the actual hotel was limited but there are a lot of cheap but SAFE parking garages around the vicinity which was just like less than a 5-minute walk.

I wouldn't mind booking in this hotel again if we go back in that area. It was not expensive at all and it's a good one :)

Such a nice city , the hotel feels like it’s right in the centre of town. The train station is less than a mile away. It is walkable if you don’t have huge luggage. Shopping is incredible it’s all around you selling everything you can think of. Restaurants are many and nearby or loads more a short walk. My only small issue is the WiFi . The signal was a bit weak and frustrating at time, but I wasn’t there for WiFi. For tourists the hop on hop off stops outside the door about 50 feet to the right. Street trains are in front. Historical sites such as churches , opera house etc are about 10-15 min walk straight up behind the hotel. Really easy and I’ve never been there. At the front I’d like hotel management to know that Laura is an asset to your hotel. I asked her questions several times and never was there an eye roll or body language saying I’m annoying. She had a real smile and thoroughly answered geographic questions on a map. She also sent us to watzke Brauereiausschank for a recommended great saxony dinner. She was dead on. Thank you so much Laura.

It is a tipical Holiday Inn, with a really good location. The bedroom was ok, with a barelly fine bathroom. The breakfast was all right, and the parking was situated in a mall crossing the avenue.
The only thing I found negative, was the wi-fi conection. It didn´t work at all inside the bedroom. When I asked for a sollution, the recepcionist told me there was nothing he could do. I paid for this service, but they couldn´t provide it, nor offered a compensation.

The hotel is located in the center. The room is nice and clean, with comfortable bed. But the walls are very thin, and I could hear talks and noise from the next room. There is a building contraction across the street just under the hotel, and at 7 o'clock they start to work and make a lot of noise.
