We stayed here for 2 nights for 2 persons with 1 big and medium luggage size, the room is quite small as well as the bathroom. Unfortunately we've got the room under the roof which made the room even look smaller. One of us had to be careful when got up from bed to avoid hitting the head to the roof. If you look for a place to sleep, have a shower, and go out to enjoy the city all day, then this is a place for you.

The hotel is in a town house and close to the bus stop.
My room 103 (still on the ground floor) this time was nice and facing the internal garden. The room are clean, but lack of a personal touch, and the bathroom is small and essential.
The breakfast is served on the first floor and is good and in a nice familiar setting.
In general my comment should be positive, but I cannot accept that for this hotel I am charged 295 euro per 1 night (during a trade show) Anywhere else in the world this hotel would be worth less than 100 euro.

Good service in small old hotel. Ok for a couple of nights. Single rooms are typical European and small. Up steep stairs. Only one power socket in room. Wifi slow but present. Bathroom small. Nice location and staff are friendly and helpful. Clean.

A clean, well located small hotel. My room was well presented, very clean, with a simple shower room and comfortable bed. free wifi and a nice buffet breakfast. Close to the river and within walking distance of the city centre.

Room tip: Ideal location to explore, close to the river an easy, picturesque, walk to the city.

Dusseldorf people are lucky to have an important fair ground that attracts a lot of tourists, but the hotel business made by the local is not quite fair. The prices charged during the peak show times is leveled at a 5+ star hotel in premium cities! but the service offered is barely a 3 star. My room on the ground floor right beside the road didn't have any shutters or blinding curtains, so I experienced light from the lamp pole and cars noise all night long. The double bed is really tiny, and the bathroom too, even if it as all the necessary toiletries. There is a good free wifi service. Breakfast is ok, fresh.
They forgott about my wake up call but luckily I was awake in due time (thanks to the street noise and light). Why they didn't arrange living room and breakfast on the ground floor (instead of the first) and move the room upstairs is a mystery
