You will not be disappointed. Firstly, it’s right next to the main Cathedral and main train station! It has two large bedrooms, so 4 people can stay. It has everything you need, towels, soap, even a coffee machine with the capsules. All kitchen utensils, fridge, iron, blow drier. It is clean and contemporary granted it does seem the owner bought the furniture from IKEA. But all is clean and trendy. Important to note, make sure to call the company for the pass code, insist with emails, they will send it on the day of arrival, they will answer the emails as they are friendly. The pin is used for both main door and apartment door. On check out you can leave your bags by the Koln souvenir shop below the apartment. Also before going to Koln ask for you’re breakfast vouchers for the pastry store across the road, as we tried without vouchers but they gave us blank looks, but the pastry and coffee is well worth it! If 4 are going, it works out cheaper, and you will absolutely love it, GURANTEED! Also ask for the real milk coffee, as it seems in Germany they serve that office machine coffee, and make most of the train station, as you will be right there, as Koln is a small place! Enjoy!

Room Tip: if you go as a group of 4, make sure to bag the main room furthest from the street as its bigger!

Very nice and nicely maintained apartment.

A little confusing to figure out. When you get to the building, there is just a code pad and no instructions (also did not receive any instructions by email or phone previous to arrival). Did not have mobile phone so had to locate phone to call in order to receive code for entry. The logistics could be improved a bit in this regard.

Another issue is that the water in the shower was inconsistent and jumped from cold to hot several times during my shower without warning.

However, overall very nice. Good, comfortable beds. Big windows with partial view of the Dom. Nice to have central living room and kitchen areas. Coffee machine is nice and the wifi worked really well.

May be suitable for those needing an apartment style accommodation. We had to wait for over an hour before the cleaner let us in. She couldnt understand English but sent us to a room that was I think the owners personal residence. We had the owners clothes and food throughout the arpartment so no space for your own belongings. We were told there was laundry facility - but we couldnt use it until the owner showed up and given the rundown how Australians dont know how to use European washers...we have Melie at home as well!. The cleaner kept coming in and out while we were in the room - no privacy. We were accidently deadlocked in without given keys huge fire risk. The owners cats helped themselves throughout the house as well. No dining table for 5 of us. Located in an upmarket side of town it is not centrally located to the sites. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Very expensive and I think misleading given we were put into the owners flat.
