Admittedly tourists, but sat on a slow day, bartenders looked our way, and no one came over for 10 minutes. Can't recommend.

Dear Brennan,
yes, we are humans and yes, we might be daydreaming, or maybe we were overworked or didn't have our contacts in, but one thing we are not is "garbage". We make mistakes and even though we try our best to make your visit here an enjoyable one, we might disappoint you. That's surely the last thing we want and we apologize - but we hope the rest of your visit was good and you enjoyed our food and beer.

We decided to walk in here because of the laughter from the balcony and were really just hopeful for some good beer. But we got so much more. The servers were all quite friendly and helpful. Reading the menu, were we not sure about the food but when it was delivered, we were happily delighted. We could smell the delicious food before they even arrived at our table. I was afraid that as a vegetarian I would not have any options but that was not the case.

Traveling on a Baltic Cruise our ship docked in Warnemunde, the gateway to Berlin. We did not want to take the 2 to 3 hour train ride into Berlin so we opted to walk the picturesque seaside village of Warnemunde. A local resident suggested we have lunch at Wenzel Prager and to our surprise it very pleasant. They did not serve any German Beer but had a wide selection of Chech brews that I found to be very good. The food was good and plentiful. I recommend the Bratwurst with a side of red cabbage some of the best I have had. My fellow travelers selected the wienerschnitzel and said it was ok but not the best. Lunch for four with refreshments came to around 20 Euro per person.

This Czech beer hall is in a most attractive building overlooking the canal at Warnemunde. There is an escalator up to the large attractive beer hall. The beer is all imported Czech beer so is expensive. My husband was horrified to be paying 4.80 euros for a half litre. The service was good

We had dinner but we can't recommend. Especially the Schweinshaxe (porc leg) with Sauerkraut was really poor. The meat tasted as if it had been grilled hours ago. Cold in the inside. So you know that it's not fresh. At least the beer is good. So I recommend it only for beer.
