This hotel is not NH standad, rooms are in bad shape, TV-setis min. 25 old. Windows can not be opened, rooms are old style and in bad conditions as the whole facility. Parking looks like a warehouse and extremly to expensive! The only positive is the stuff and the quite location.I cannot recomend this hotel

This property seems to be old , forgotten and it is located in a dense residential area and away from any city activities.
Rooms are old , smell , dusty and dirty . it seems this property is well know for a one night sleep only .

This hotel has a couple of great features. The breakfast is excellent but even better is the barman. Wow, Joerg Kruse is quite something. He has worked at the hotel for almost 50 years. He is funny, charming and a delight to spend time with. He alone justifies the trip to this hotel. A great place to spend your time in Wiesbaden.

As i stepped out of the car and saw a glimpse of the building, i had a second thought if this was really the 4-star hotel that my boyfriend booked. Outside, the hotel already looks old and poorly maintained. Inside was no better. Sure it looked clean but it smells bad everywhere. Seems like the building doesnt have proper ventilation. Our room was big enough with a tub in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable that we woke up with our backs aching.

But the worst part was their service. We went to the sauna room and no one was there to show us around and to assist us. We went outside at the back of the hotel and unfortunately the wind blew the door closed and there is no way to open the door from outside! We looked everywhere and there is no way to let the personnel inside know that we got trapped outside their garden. No phone, no alarm, not even a bell was available there! Good that the neighbor saw us and she tried to call the reception to inform them of our situation. She was on the phone for more than 10 mins but no one was answering her calls!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Then this gold hearted person decided to go personally all the way to the reception to let them know we were trapped at the back garden. Then she came back home only to still find us still stuck out there waiting for someone to let us back inside the hotel.
We waited for 30 agonizing minutes until the lady from the reception went to open the door for us. She was not even apologetic about it. That was really really TERRIBLE!!!
WORST HOTEL EVER!

I'm never ever booking NH hotel ever again.

Quiet location and only 5 min driving distance from the center. Rooms are outdated but functional. Same goes for the bathroom. We had a bathtub with a shower curtain - not my favorite but it did the trick. The carpet though needs some very deep cleaning - better bring some Flipflops. You don’t want to walk barefoot.
Friendly service at the front desk. And sufficient parking is available on the street if you don’t want to pay for the garage.
