This place certainly serves the finest and most perfectly grilled steaks in Hamburg. I have been to some of the other steak-houses in town but no one hit the medium-rare stage as perfectly as Mash. Crispy brown on the outside and red inside, the meat was a carnivore's dream. I had the American Rib eye. The side orders like Spinach and Cauliflower were delicious too. The complimentary Sauce Béarnaise a wonderful creamy dip for the steak. Not only the Steaks but also the choice of Wines and Whiskey is unmatched. The house Champagne is a good Aperitif and the Lobster served in the shell a very good starter. The Sorbets a light and tasty dessert substitute. Naturally good things cost money. Some might say expensive, but for me it was worth every penny and from me Mash gets 10 out of 10. Specially service with a smile and wines served at the ideal temperature is something for which I am willing to pay a bit extra. Bravo! Keep it up. I will certainly be back
