The "Good Morning Hotel - Berlin City East" previously had been operated under the Tryp by Wyndham brand.
First of all - if you expect luxury, this is probably not the right place. The rooms are rather plain and functional, clean and with enough space. Actually suitable - after all this is East Berlin, a little bit of GDR flair is allowed.
All around there are various shopping facilities, ALDI, LIDL etc. Not far away is also the Dong Xuan Center. Here Vietnam is highly concentrated. Eating and shopping almost like in the markets of Saigon - but in market halls.
Subways and suburban trains are about 10 minutes away on foot, the tram not even five. Also within walking distance, the STASI Museum.
Amenities and facilities: The hotel has two restaurants and a sauna. Since 1.1.2020 two euros are charged for the use of the sauna.
The rooms have a flat screen TV, which could be a bit larger. Bath/shower are equipped with automatic light. Clean but somewhat worn. Remarkable is that here really permanently hot water is available in sufficient quantity. Room and hotel have free WLAN.
Breakfast: There is not really anything to criticize here. Cold cuts/ cheese/fish, cereals and dairy products, coffee and tea as well as meatballs, sausages and scrambled eggs, oatmeal and potato pancakes, just to name a few.
Personal: Nice and friendly helpful.
In the end a hotel that does justice to its...The "Good Morning Hotel - Berlin City East" previously had been operated under the Tryp by Wyndham brand.

In the end a hotel that does justice to its reasonable price and is ideal for all those who spend most of their time anyway visiting Berlin.More
