Huge conference centre and hotel complex. Not in the centre of the city but a metro stop is a short four minute walk away. Taxis are also easy to find. The area is unimpressive but has markets, bars and a few restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms seem decent sized; many have two single beds instead of one double. Simple amenities; only soap/shampoo is available in the bathrooms so it would be smart to bring your own. It is a false 'green' hotel; there are placards suggesting towels would be reused if placed on racks but they are replaced daily regardless, which is a shame. Comfortable bed and the room windows open for fresh air. There are no water kettles or coffee makers in the rooms but you can ask reception for a kettle. Breakfasts are very good and offer a wide variety of options. It is a clean, well managed hotel that makes for a good stay while attending a conference. In that case, I would recommend the Estrel and stay again.

Splendid service. Good food and help staff. Value for money.Convenient location, right next to the train Station. Only of they can have a kettle and some tea and coffee in the rooms to give it a complete feel of home away from home.

Though the setting is a little out of the city centre, the metro station is no more than a 10 minute walk and taxis are always available. The rooms are quirky, large, modern and comfortable and with many restaurants and a bar you can be fairly self contained for a few days. An odd finding is that there is no swimming pool-strange for a hotel of this size and quality adjacent to a conference centre. If you want to go out for dinners or lunches there are some interesting neighbourhood restaurants but book them early.

I am staying a few nights during the Internet Governance Forum )IGF) - and this hotel and conference center has provided me the BEST IGF experience since I began attending in 2016. Instead of lines for security and registration - NO WAITING. Instead of crowded eating places with not very good food - GOOD FOOD and there is always a seat to be found to have a convivial chat with other IGF participants. The room is spacious, well organized, and has 2 table spaces for working and laying out documents. The bathroom is well laid out with a walk-in shower that offers great hot water almost instantly. They care and it shows!

Very nice and clean hotel. It is however very big as it is a conference hotel.

The rooms are nice and comfortable.

There is no coffee possibilities in the room.

It is very far from the center so transport is needed.
