Such a gorgeous hotel, room was perfect, very luxurious feeling with lovely finishing touches and decor. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - I had let them know it was our anniversary, we arrived with a desert waiting for us with a hand written card. Thank you to all the staff who made our experience so special. It was in a great location aswell, overlooking the water and the East side gallery. Perfect perfect hotel !!

absolutely wonderful stay at the property. the staff was so helpful and kind. had quite a scare with a misplaced wallet a very kind member of the staff found it and held onto it for me . very trustworthy and comfortable place to stay while in berlin and the location is around a few solid restaurants that are open late. would stay again!
While we only stayed one night prior to our flight from BER airport, we were happy with our choice. We had a room overlooking the river, good size room and bathroom. Room and hotel were new and clean. Staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have time for breakfast, but breakfast area looks nice as well. Location also worked out well, short walk over the bridge for a drink & dinner in 'edgy' Kreuzberg, 30min cab ride to the airport. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
wonderful stay in super clean hotel eith awesome roof bar. Sound proofing incredible and even air condition just worked! Good price too. we moved from a different hotel in Mitte which was fine but nothing compared to this one...

We spent 3nights in superior room on 7th floor. Room was facing the road, river and the east side gallery. But room was quiet, no noise from the road. Room was in the modern style, clean. But the dispenser for the body lotion was broken and it wasnt fixed for 3 days, cleaning service didnt do anything with that.
Covid rules for the breakfast: you need to say in advance at what time you will eat your breakfast. Thanks to that there is no crowd. Breakfast is a buffet style with some eggs options a La Carte.
Hotel is located next to the Mercedes Benz Arena and East Side Gallery with many restaurants close by.
Generally its a great urban style hotel with good location and friendly staff.
Wonderful location, and very modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
I was in Berlin visiting a friend spontaneously and booked a room last minute. I got a super rate, and they were very accommodating for my little puppy.
The hotel has a lot of restaurants close by, a great view of the Spree and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away.
Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. I would stay here again!
