This is a small but excellent hotel. The location is perfect-- close to the wonderful market of the old city, but slightly out of the way. The rooms are small but clean and use the space efficiently. We love the attention to the guests' needs: a spare phone battery with wires for your use, an actual functioning reading light at the bed-side (first in our extensive experience), a small fridge, and an excellent shower. A teapot would have been a nice addition that was missing, and there is no air-condition.
The breakfast was superb-- no buffet but personal service with English-speaking waitresses. They will even provide gluten-free breakfast upon prior request. All in all, not cheap but a wonderful surprise.More
