I found this place on Tripadvisor and it was perfect for my needs. Clean, comfortable, efficient, and at a fair price. It‘d walking distance from many of the main sights and the public transport system, as well as many restaurants. The clientele was middle-aged German and American tourists.More

The hotel is in the heart of Munich by Marienplatz, just in front of Eataly at Vitualienmarkt. Staff is caring and super polite, rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast is big, fresh and authentic. I will come back, thank you Blauer Bock!

Very good located next to Viktualienmarkt, perfect to visit the center of Munich. Comfortable and quiet rooms in an historical building of Munich, this hotel offers a large breakfast buffet or special dishes upon request.

Clean hotel near Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. I came for a solo visit to the Christmas Markets in December. My single room was small with a twin bed, but exactly as advertised. Bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking around Munich. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Eataly is directly across the street. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Munich. The only toiletries provided include body wash in a dispenser. If you want shampoo/conditioner bring your own.

Our tour group stayed a couple nights at Blauer Bock in December. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s only a short 5 minute walk to Marienplatz and the heart of Munich. The staff is very friendly. My room overlooked the courtyard next door. Would stay again.
