Location gets 10/10 as close to main train station. Though venturing out of the hotel at night could be a concern as it really was look filthy. I had a room facing the inner yard which was not that great.

Stayed here for two nights. Great location to explore the city as it’s just a minute walk from Central Station. I was a lone, female tourist and the neighbourhood felt safe. Friendly staff and good rooms.

I stay at Hotel Drei Loewen for 2 nights separately. Booked a single room for 1 night but decided to come back to the hotel few days later instead of another hotel cause it is a great choice with reasonable pricing. The hotel is just steps away from the entrance F of Munchen Central Station. Its a slightly further walk compared to some other hotels but at one-third the price!
The room is decent size but has everything you need. Ask for a kettle if you need. The street is a little rowdy and noisy at night so ask for a room that is not facing the street if you are a light sleeper.
