“Like the Smithsonian”
Reviewed 5 March 2012

If you have ever been to the Smithsonian museums in Washington, DC, this is much like them, just all rolled into one building. The planes and the Enigma were the highlights for me.

Physics, chemistry, railways, space travel etc. Anything you want you can find in this museum. You can spend a whole day. Worth the 8,5 euros.

“Comprehensive and interesting”
Reviewed 29 February 2012

It is impossible to see the entire museum in a day. The displays are comprehensive and interesting, although I do recognise some displays from my first visit there in 1983.
Having said that; displays are constantly being updated and it is sometimes frustrating (but understandable) to find sections of the museum are closed while displays are worked on.

“World Class Tech Museum”
Reviewed 29 February 2012

Right up at the top of the world's best. Even a better mining exhibit than the cola mine at Chicago's Museum of Science & Industry. The U1 (first german U-boot). My 6yr old boy likes to go nearly every weekend so we bought the annual family pass. Great neighborhood for grabbing bite to eat afterward and convenient to the UBahn. Street parking only and it's metered and tight.
