Just checked out after two nights at this clean, happy and friendly hotel. The hotel is situated about half a mile from the popular village of St Paul de Vence. If like us you are travelling without a car, there is a regular bus service (every half hour) up to the village the fare is just 1 euro 50 cents! However be careful as the busses stop early and a taxi can be expensive! The hotel itself is fabulous, it is not cheap, but nothing in St Paul is cheap! The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The reception staff are very polite and helpful from the minute that you arrive! The continental breakfast is substantial and filling! Would recommend and if in this part of the world again would certainly stay again.

Room tip: We had the suite St Paul but I think that all rooms would be similar, superior rooms on the upper floor would have better views!

Such a charming hotel in the heart of Saint Paul. I think this is my favourite little hotel so far! I love the rooms, the view, the staff.. Most especially Shelly. She was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely go back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

I find it so hard to know what to book after looking on Trip Advisor, it is usually the extremes!

I would say this hotel is pleasant, but not fantastic!

Car parking is quite challenging not many spaces and very narrow if you get one.
The owner/ manager is very pleasant, speaks perfect English. There are steps from reception up to the pool area. The pool area is small but adequate with enough sunbeds.
We were on the second floor, no lift and lots of steps which is not great with a heavy case.

The room was clean, adequate and an ok size. All in all a pleasant stay.
Location is a 15 minute tough up hill walk to the town, 3 minutes in the car.

The one thing I didn’t like about the hotel is the lack of a sitting area. If you like to sit in a lounge with a drink after dinner etc, this is not available. It is a shame as for me if it existed it would have made the stay a lot nicer.

Stayed here for a week in June as a family of 4. Spacious and clean rooms, excellent hospitality from all the staff, very helpful and more than happy to offer recommendations for great restaurants nearby in the village of Saint-Paul-De-Vence. About 30 minutes drive from Nice airport/city center. Relaxing pool area that stayed in the sun all day. Would definitely recommend.

This small hotel (classified as a "hotel de charme") is located very close to Saint Paul de Vence and is a delightful pace to stay whether you are planning on staying locally or driving in the region. The rooms are quiet and most of them have terraces; the room we stayed in (#9) had a larger balcony. The breakfast was typical of the region and enjoyable. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and Shelley was especially helpful to us during our stay.
