The hotel is locates right across the street from Terminal 1 at Nice airport. It is ideal for an overnight stay at the airport. Breakfast is very limited. Croissant and coffee is the main offering. I stayed in a room with the air conditioning/heating not working properly. It was going full blast heating. Probably only a temporary fault. Lower expectations and you will be ok in this hotel. Location is its main feature.

I came late , very nice welcome , good check in , nice room , good sleep and excellent breakfast.At breakfast there is lots of choice ; cereals , selection of coffee with espresso my favourite. . Super checkout with Anissa

This is a very convenient hotel for Terminal 1 at Nice Airport - it is just across the Boulevard des Anglais from the airport. I arrived at Terminal 2 and was put off by a 22min walk to the hotel on a route that was not very obvious at 10pm at night.
Check-in was efficient but not really very friendly.
Room was small, clean and bare.
Biggest problem was the poor sound-proofing - as people got up from 5am to catch their flights I suppose - my sleep was disturbed again and again -principally by noises from adjoining bathrooms. When you can hear people urinating and showering and flushing their toilets - not cool - and I am a heavy sleeper.

Chosen simply because I had a late evening flight arrival at Nice Airport and didn't want the hassle of travelling into the centre. Located about 10 minutes walk from the main airport terminal. If you are taking the train from nearby St Augustin station, that is around 10 minutes walk.

The hotel is perfect functional for a one night stay. It is a budget range so expect the basics and no more. Having stayed in another hotel of the same chain in Paris a few nights before, this one was much in better condition.

Breakfast was extra at just over €6 and available from 05:30. A good selection of food and drinks available.

Booked 2 rooms. Only able to check in one. Not able to confirm if the second room booked still available. Phone not answered after trying for over 2 hours. E-mail returned with standard 'Do not reply' and see FAQ's etc. Two phone calls to head office eventually got us a verbal assurance that room was booked. All good when we got there but stressful in the meanwhile.

Good afternoon and thank you to taking times to leave a comment on tripadvisor.
You wrote that you try to contact us during 2 hours with nobody ? I need to know when because when you call the hôtel, and if all the lines are busy, your call is automaticly transfered to a call center so i can't understand why you had anybody on phone.
Then I need more information about your booking to understand why this is a mistake to give you information about the 2nd booking. We do about 90 check in per day at the front desk and about 6000 guests by month so I'm disponted about that. Do not hesitate to contact me by email at h2579@accor.com.
