Four of us couples stayed at this lovely small hotel for four nights in May. The hotel is well situated for most tourist sightseeing and yet it's quiet enough to be able to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were all very clean, comfortably appointed with amenities in the bathrooms. The balconies were nice to have as they let in fresh air. The staff was very accommodating and all spoke good English. Breakfast was good with a wide selections of cereals, yogurt, breads, cheeses and meats. The breakfast attendant was cheerful and pleasant. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, clean and centrally located hotel in Nice.

Room Tip: Rooms can vary in size so choose accordingly.

My husband spent 3 nights at this hotel in May. Location was very good, walking distance to everything and there is a wonderful restaurant around the corner on Rue Grimaldi, Le Petit Cafe. The room was fine however it would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in front of the juliet balcony. Overall a nice stay and we would recommend this hotel.

Idea location for the beach restaurants and old town. The hotel is only 10 mins from Nice Ville main railway station with TGV connections and access to the local network and very cheap.
Restaurant in the old town Le Bistrot d Antoine very good food and great service . You need to book and request the upstairs area.
Emma's Cupcakes are also worth a visit.

Room Tip: Request a room to the rear of the hotel, may not provide a view but quite and relaxing .

The hotel is not big, and also the rooms can be small. It has a special flair the way it is decorated (combination of modern, classic, the colours...). Amenities in the rooms are simply, but there and everywhere else, it is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful
It is in a nice part of town and just a few minutes from the waterfront which is excellent for your walks and runs. The are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. WiFi is free and easy, but veeeeery slow. So this and the rather small rooms prevent it from getting 5 stars from me.

Room Tip: Get the one with the terrace if there is one

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in May. This is my fourth hotel in this "corner" ( stayed in boscolo, Grimaldi, malmaison) this one is very nice . First - location ( if you forget about endless constructions nowadays in Nice), very clean, has the charm, nice balcony for an evening bottle of wine, excellent view from room. Very simple, no fancy lobby or whatsoever, but nothing is disturbing you - no funny smells or shaggy walls.
Highly recommended, if your want it on budget but with style.

Room Tip: Ask for view to Chirch
