I spent two weeks in early September 2013 at this hotel. Loved it! Very comfortable, quiet and family-run hotel. Nice outdoor terrace for breakfast as well as late afternoons with wi-fi. Conveniently located also. About two blocks from the beach, a nice walk on boardwalk to restaurants and cafes. Trains and buses can take you to Nice or Cannes. Buses to the airport. I return to Juan-les-Pins every year and plan to continue my sejours here. ~ Jane

Room tip: If you like very quiet rooms, you can ask for the back side (west or south). The owners are very helpful if you have questions about outings.

Stayed here 4 days in summer of 2012. Staff is pleasent, rooms are a bit dark but many windows and a nice little garden to enjoy the outdoors. There is a huge gate which someone has to open for you if your are driving, but overall had a nice time staying here beautiful grounds and only 3-4 min walk to the beach.

Room tip: Leave the car there is going to the beach, really easy and close to get to the beach

We wanted to stay in Juan les Pins, near Antibes and this was a good location. There is private parking. It was a 20- 30 minute walk to Antibes. The hotel room was clean with vintage furniture. There was free wifi and TV. QuIte a small bathroom with a thin door. You have to hold the shower head too. It was quiet at night. We didnt have breakfast. I think it is slightly overpriced.

We have been visiting this hotel since the 80's. It is just a small family run hotel that is easy walking distance to the great beach. We always get a room facing the sea (although you cant see it - we know it's there). The rooms are basic but very clean and modest - we just like the place for it's quaintness and friendly family - we have seen the children grow up over the years ! The breakfast is fresh and yummy (hmm just thinking about those mornings !) and in the evening we have on many occasions sat out in the garden with a cold drink savoring the night air. Dont go there is you want fancy hot tubs and big tvs etc - but go there to see a real French Inn with a friendly atmosphere - Tres bien !!

Room tip: We loved the room with the tiny balcony - we like to be in the air !
