The hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the beach. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and had a balcony overlooking the gardens. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was unremarkable. Good value in an expensive part of the world.

We stayed there in third floor at the begining, room was nice calm and housekeeping good, reception is caring.. we had to move on 1st floor last night but the room was smelling dusty and less maintained..just one thing disappointing we asked once for a plate and a knife but the gentleman in the restaurant was rude and refuse to give it , very cheap behaviour for customers paying 200 € the room night.

Room tip: 3 rd floor is clean

The hotel is very clean and room (double) we have got was quite spacious. It had also large terrace. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located few minutes walk from riviera with lots of beach facilities and restaurants. The price was a bit on high side due to the begging of season and EURO 2016.

Basic, but well located, friendly staff hotel. I would recommend it if you just go there for sleep, nothing special, got a nice room facing the other building so my view wasnt that great. Its only 3 blocks away from the ocean.

A great 5 nights! Our deluxe room was VERY LARGE airy, with a wrap-around balcony overlooking both the courtyard and park across the street. The room had a fridge and lots of space for clothing. There was plenty of room for a king-size bed, a sofa, and small table & chairs. Parking was available at a reasonable charge, but we were always able to find free parking on the street within a block-and-a-half from the hotel (and 2 nights right in front of the hotel). Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced, and the express breakfast of juice, croissants, and coffee or hot chocolate @ 6 euros was a good value. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We got to practice our French, but English was spoken when needed. There was a fitness room (a bit meager, but good to have) and a laundry for self-serve use. The hotel's location was outstanding, too -- a reasonable drive to other areas on the Côte d'Azur, and just a 3 or 4 block walk to the Mediterranean. We recommended this hotel very highly and would not hesitate to return if in the area.
