Great Location, Centre of Town, close to Bars & Restaurants. Amelie on Reception is "worth her weight in gold". She delivers 5* Customer Service every day. Very helpful, always on hand and always with a smile to greet you, which sounds simple and the basics but you'll be surprised how many people working in Customer Service with the general public no longer smile upon greeting. This is a great base to explore the stunning Cote D'Azur coastline but the only thing that hindered the experience for us, slightly, was the building work taking place at the back of the hotel. The builders work 7 days a week and start banging from 7am each day. Our balcony looked out onto this. Also, the plumbing system within the hotel needs looking at as every time a toilet was flushed or taps run we could hear this very loudly and very frequently. Maybe someone from the hotel needs to sit in room 205 for a while to understand what we mean. We would definitely return but maybe once the building work is complete. The hotel itself is a great little find! Thank you very much Amelie.

Room tip: NB: Rooms towards the Back overlook MAJOR Building Work (April 2018)

This is the second year we have stayed here and again it was fantastic! The location is central to everything that you can walk everywhere and enjoy the sun and food in your own time. The staff here are always friendly and cannot be put down at all, they are fantastic with anytime that you check in, making you feel at home and remembering you each time.
We even drove to Italy one of the days while we were staying here which was a fab day out of exploration. I would fully recommend this hotel as it has everything anyone would want.

We stayed at Villa d'Elsa for 4 nights.

What we liked: compact cozy rooms, excellent customer service (the lady at the reception was amazing), very convenient location (2 mins from the beach, the conference center, 5 mins from the train station - it even has a super market next door), lots of options for dinner / lunch around the place.

What we didn't like: extremely noisy location. We got a superior room (unfortunately) at the first floor. There were more than 5-6 restaurants right under our balcony, even with the door closed you could hear the noise until 11-11.30pm. Then we would wake up again around 6am when the garbage track does the rounds and of course stops right under the balcony. The rooms are cozy but very small. I suppose it's ok if you want to stay for a weekend, but no more than that. Finally, we were paying 155 euros per night (without breakfast) so you understand ... our expectations were set accordingly.

Very enjoyable stay at Villa d'Elsa, with friendly and helpful staff. Compact but reasonably well equipped apart-hotel room in an excellent central location in the heart of Juan les Pins. Handy for shops, bars and restaurants and minutes from the beach. Not wanting to eat out all the time, this self-catering option provided great value for money in generally pricey Juan. Would certainly recommend.

Just returned after a week's holiday staying at La Villa d'Elsa. Excellent accomodation with all required of a studio appartment. Great central location. Short walk to beach and train station. Stayed in the superior studio. Limited hanging space for clothes but suited two of us perfectly for a 7 day holiday.
