Having walked around the old town of Antibes in the morning we walked from the old town to this beach (from the Cathedral Notre Dame and the ices Museum walk around the back of these and you will see the sea and the path that takes you all along the coast. It was a lovely walk along a flat path along the coast, with beautiful views, taking about 30 minutes of slow walking. We stayed on the sandy beach and swum in the sea for the afternoon. There are showers on the beach. Quite busy even in early September - it was a Sunday too - so not much room between everyone but the location and the walk to it made it worthwhile (there's a smaller beach very close to where we'd started in the old town but that looked very busy). The walk back to the train station, which is close to the marina, took about 40 minutes.
