We stayed 7 nights. The hotel is small very cosy, trendy and very nice service! 100m to the beach! It is a calm location with a swimming pool. The restaurant offers a very good lunch and dinner. Perfect for a dinner for two but also for groups! We will come back to that perfect location!

Just love this place. Great staff, great housekeeping, great accommodation and location. And don't waste time and money chasing for restaurants in Antibes or Juan les Pins, the Fabulite chef is all you need - the food is a smashing experience.

We stayed for 5 nights in early July and enjoyed every minute. With only a dozen or so rooms the atmosphere is more like a private retreat than a hotel - but the staff are very friendly and do everything to help. The suite we were in was lovely - with a private balcony bathed in sunshine.

We ate in the restaurant once - and, even for the Cap, it was a little expensive for what it was. Breakfast is good - lovely to sit outside under an awning in the beautiful garden.

Ideally situated as quiet - but a short drive into Juan or Antibes.

We will return.

Staff excellent, food good and rooms fine. The real positives are the tranquility and being away from the bustle. Availability of cycles made the holiday for us cycling to Antibes and around. The only slight downsides are the the lack of local restaurants outside the hotel which necessitate a walk of approx 20 mins or a cab ride. The hotel restaurant is reasonable. Cap d'antibes is really expensive and the cab back to Nice Airport was 70 euros which I felt was OTT. Hope this is fair!

I just spent two nights at Villa Fabulite. My entire stay was very pleasant.
Upon check-in I was upgraded to one of their garden suites which was very nice.
The hotel is located in a very quiet part of Antibes with good access to the sea and all the sights. At night you hear nothing but the crickets in the garden.
The entire team is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are new and nicely decorated. My bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed their high end blankets and pillows. Service at the hotel is good in all departments, housekeeping was precise. The french breakfast was excellent and the little pool ideal if you want to relax a few hours in a beautifully landscaped garden. You can also sit on your little terrace and enjoy some reading time.
Definitely my first choice when I will return to Antibes.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, facing the quiet garden.
