Very well located hotel but was a little inconvenient transport-wise during the festival. A lazy taxi driver made me get off quite far from the hotel with my heavy suitcase due to the street closure for the festival even if he could have dropped me off on a closer side street. Once there though, the location was great and my room was large and very comfortable and was very quiet despite overlooking the street. Was not bothered at all by the post World Cup semifinal revelry going on. Easy walk as well to the pick up point for the lavender field tour.

What can i say..location is superb ! 7 mins to Avignon Centre TGV, right in the heart of Avignon, surrounded by places of interests and shopping centres and food by walking distance, amazing service, clean lavender smelling room.

I cannot find faults !

My only regret is not sampling the breakfast.

We stayed at Regina Boutique Hotel for four nights in our holiday. Very central location, and even though our room was in 1st floor with windows to the main street we had no problem with noise from outside.

The spacious room was clean, and the aircondition kept a comfortable temperature even when it was well over 30 degrees C outside. But in that heat we whished there was a fridge in the room.

The staff was smiling, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, with various alternatives.

The Regina Hotel is far above what you would expect of a two star hotel. We liked it very much, and hope to come back one day.

Cher Kjell Erik S,

Dear Kjell Erik S,
It is sometimes said that the stars can be there, without being seen ! After this consideration, philosophical limit, let's return a little on earth !! And a big thank you for reporting our Boutique Hotel with such encouraging qualifiers! In the end, 2 stars or more, what really matters to us, is to continue, during your stay with us, to make your eyes shine!!

We will be back as often as possible for this charming hotel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly and warm. It's located near the central Place de Horloge, next to cafes and shopping and even a supermarket. But I can't stop thinking about the breakfast! A lovely room filled with light, Little sugar flowers, alternating in white and brown sugar, in towers on every table. A jukebox-like coffee machine with surprisingly good coffee. The usual croissants and multiple types of bread, but also unique baked goods, savory and sweet. Cold cuts and cheese, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, juice. Best of all, seemingly every kind of jam possible, locally made: my favorites were rose petal (pale translucent pink) and rosemary (savory and sweet), orange ginger, and bergamot, but they also had apricot-thyme, raspberry-cayenne, white fig, melon vanilla, strawberry champagne, etc. Next time I'll buy as many jars as I can fit safely into my luggage. Oh, and if you like Nutella, here they make their own.

Cher Rona,
Copieusement votre !!

Dear Rona,
We have to make you a confidence, whether it was done consciously or not, from our point of view, the so enticing and appetizing description of the breakfast that you have described having experienced in our hotel could easily complete a page the very famous book 'A year in Provence' by Peter Mayle !! If indeed, as a proverb says, appetite and joy keep the spirit alive, know that we will always make a special joy to offer you, early in the morning, anything that can satisfy your appetite, and sharpen at the same time Your spirit !! Copiously yours !!
