Easy to park...nothing special, WiFi very poor, under average in similar hotels, you can pass the night but is not a place to stay, service not good no bilingual people at front desk, all rooms access from outside...

Stayed: July 2016, travelled on business

People are very nice and friendly, they'd do always their best as to satisfy you ...!
The breakfast was excellent, you should find whatever you d like ... several choices ... salty or sweet taste ;-)
The room was comfortable and no noise at all ... they even had an exterior door as to cut the wind ... excellent idea
I d recommend this hotel if you re going to Avignon, it s not far from the city center and the Chateau des Papes ...!
I ll come back again ;-)

Room Tip: Almost near everything

The hotel was very easy to find, there is a large parking closed after 10pm. Room is equiped with boiler.
Bathroom is OK. Bed was very comfortable. Free WIFI is available and works.
Breakfast buffet was large and various.
Only small drawback came from the outside noise.

My husband and I are traveling thru France/Belgium/Netherlands for 45 days and set a $ limit on our hotels and B & B's. The Kyriad Cap Sud is like a Hotel 6 at home, but cleaner. It has sound doors so you don't hear street noise. Also has a tea kettle, which is great since I brought my own loose leaf tea to brew. Staff friendly and spoke English. Breakfast is offered but we had our own "French B'fast" things with us. Beds comfy and extra pillows are in cupboard. Shower even has a curtain! The AC worked but if it had been ver hot, it would have been challenged to cool sufficiently. Good parking lot enclosed in gates with code if you return after 10:00. We would stay there again.

Room Tip: No lift, but just the ground and top floors.
