The apartment was exactly as it looked online - modern, light and spacious with great facilities. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was 33 degrees outside! Magali met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. She has made a real effort to provide information on the area, both in English and French, which was very useful. The tree in the garden opposite gives privacy - we also spent quite a long time gazing at it! We definitely visit again.

As soon as we arrived in the apartment we knew we would love it.The acacia tree which fills the living room window makes a colourful and peaceful welcome.Colour scheme is perfect and all amenities are good.The location is excellent and entry and exit very secure.Magali is very kind and helpful.All in all all ,a very pleasing experience.
1 review The apartment was clean and stocked as promised. The parking is underground and tight but OK. The location is near city center and walking around is easy and safe. The double bed was OK but the hid a bed needs some work but OK for kids. Toilet was separate from bath but was fine with plenty of paper. Plates and cups etc. Were sparse but sufficeint. Circuit breaker tripped and the instruction said go to front lobby but they mean the breaker is at the apartment front door not the building lobby front door. Some night noises from late party goers but on the whole, once in, things were very nice, clean and welcoming. Recommend highly for the budget minded, just remember all major roads are toll. Gas is high and credit cards not accepted.

Just wanted to add that you've found the problem with electricity and hopefully it's unnecessary now to use the circuit breaker. :-)
About the gas, that's strange. In France, we always accept credit card.

Magali's apartment met all my expectations. On arrival, she was there to meet me and explain how everything worked. There is plenty of written information on things to do, and nice places to eat. The kitchen is very well stocked and loved the Nespresso machine for my morning coffee.
The apartment itself is just like the photos - light, spacious and airy. I was lucky enough to experience perfect weather while in Aix and appreciated being able to open up the windows to let the breeze through..
The apartment is in a perfect location. Literally a 3 minute walk to Cours Mirabeau, L'Office de Tourism and Rue Espariat. A 5-10 minute walk to the bus station..
If I come to Aix again, will definitely be staying here.
