We arrived by train from Marseille and after orienting ourselves found the route to the hotel fairly easily.
It is located on a busy street on the edge of the historic district which is a 5 minute walk, and there are many restaurants and cafes close by.
The hotel has breakfast available for $9E but we did not try it.
Our 3rd. Floor room faced the street and had a small balcony which was nice to sit out on in the afternoon. The street is busy and noisy but the room is adequately quiet for sleeping when the balcony door was closed and the roll down blind lowered. If noise is a real concern it might be better to book a room that does not face the street.
The room is fairly basic but clean and modern with a modern bathroom with good size glass shower and rainfall showerhead however the water tends to run out of the shower onto the floor.
There is no in-room safe and the wifi on our floor was very weak and slow.
We booked this hotel because of location and price and it and it delivered on both counts.
