Excellent welcome here ; very recent and comfortable room, bed and pillows ; perfect bathroom ; didn’t test the kitchen use, but the fridge got handy !
No AC but a big fan tower, pretty efficient.
Free Wi-Fi works perfectly in room.
No particular noise in or outdoors.
Didn’t try their breakfast.
Town center is 10 mn far by foot, there are metered parking spaces in this street, but they are free just 1 street away north or eastwards, just check, it’s quite easy !

I booked a "family" apartment for one week in August - 2 adults and 2 children.

The good: this was a cheap family holiday and as the property is a two star you get what you pay for. It was clean and had decent hot water and most of the things you need were available in the kitchen. You felt secure with the key cards for front entrance and room and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Also - the location was fine, 15 minutes walk from the Place du Raillement in the centre of town, and close to the chateau and cathedral.

Not so good: beds extremely uncomfortable. Two basic singles plus one sofa bed that was not good at all. And people have commented on the heat. It really is an issue, as the rooms retain heat and we never really got comfortable overnight because it was too hot. The staff did offer a fan, which helped, but it was a problem. Finally, whilst on the whole we had no issues with noise, for the last two nights there was a family above us that were shouting, jumping, loud telly etc until very late in the evening, and this was a problem.

Overall - we enjoyed the holiday, Angers is lovely, and the apartment served it's purpose (we were out most of the time anyway). But a few niggles could be improved to make Sejoures a much better place to stay. I think an average rating is about right for this property.

I stayed there for a conference and shared a one bed room apartment with a colleague. It was spacious with dining area and desk, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was also of good size. It was newly built and was also very clean. There were two towels provided for each of us and toiletries. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city centre, but there is also a tram. It is around the corner from the university and hence recommendable, if one has any business at the university. The place is not serviced during your stay, but one could pay for service or clean oneself. We had a special price attending a conference, but it seems in any case good value for money and great alternative, if you need to cook for yourself or have small children. We also had no problem to receive two access codes for the wifi. Front desk straff and staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Breakfast seems usually around €8 and is pastries, bread, could cuts, joghurt and fruits, hot drinks and juice and also good value for money.

It's a small flat with a sofa bed in the lounge.

Ok for a short stay. Small kitchen but no oven.

Parking secure and a numbered spot so good.

Staff at checking very friendly and helpful with excellent English.

Fine for a short city break as only a short walk to town centre.

Good wifi as well and support for multiple devices.

This is a good specimen of the Séjours & Affaires chain, a slightly superior knock-off of the larger Citadines marque of long-stay apartment hotels. I spent five weeks here in the summer of 2013. It's well-managed; located in a quiet street that is still within walking distance of the Mitterand tram-stop; the château; and the Boul. Foch shopping area. There is a small Carrefour Express supermarket and a branch of the marvellously weird Speed Rabbit pizza franchise close to hand. The St Serge commercial centre, with its hypermarché and three dozen smaller shops, is about twenty minutes' walk away. The apartments are simple, clean and comfortable. The kitchens, too, are well equipped, though a small oven would make a big difference to long-stay tenants who can get tired of eating only what can be cooked on a stove-top. In terms of deficiencies, a serious one is the fact that just one computer at a time in each apartment can be connected to the wi-fi -- an extraordinary lapse in a business-oriented hotel. For travellers with small children, a second concern is that it's impossible to lock the large picture windows, from which it's a vertical drop to the street below. Unless I was given a ground-floor flat, I wouldn't take the chance of bringing very young people here.
