We had a lovely relaxing few days here. There is also a BBQ which we used a few times. The children loved feeding the animals, and we even bought some of the local eggs. We were also fortunate to see some sheep shearing which was fun for both adults and kids.

The swings and see-saw were loved by the children and we could have happily stayed on site for the duration. Large supermarkets are a 5-10 min drive away, the beach about 15 mins (Honfleur) and Honfleur itself is very pretty. The children loved the old "Carrousel a Honfleur". I would say its worth going to the Honfleur beach too, its slightly underrated on TripAdvisor even though its technically looking over the Estuary you get to see big ships go past and the kids love it. The beach is sandy and there is parking.

The area isn't quite enclosed so you will need to keep an eye on your very little ones (ie 1-3 year olds), plus there is a pond, however cars pass rarely around the roads (think 1 per hour) in the very quiet countryside, and you have a good view of everything. We were able to relax with 3 children here.

There are a few noises from the animals, e.g. cockerel/guinea fowl in the mornings, but that's because you live next to a farm.

The farm when we were there had: Sheep, Goats, Chickens, some territorial geese, guinea fowl and a turkey.

The house is very well equipped, has internet, and to help you keep it clean you should probably take your shoes off when you go into the house given the fact you are on a farm.
