The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet part of the inner city near major attraction area, shopping, restaurants, and cafes. It is a 3 minutes’ walk from the Grand Place – Old Town. The hotel was approximately a 15 minute walk from Lille Europe train station. It is about 1 minute walk to the art museum. We stayed in a deluxe room, which is larger than a standard room. Room was very comfortable with quality bedding and complementary robes and slippers, king-size bed, the bathroom was excellent, fantastic rain shower, products from L'Occitane, big flat screen. The free mini bar, bottled water and Nespresso machine were nice touches. Very clean and we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms, corridor etc. Good breakfast with selections. Car parking nearby at €16 per day is reasonable. We enjoyed renting bikes and use the safe cycle routes around the city! Furthermore, public transport is integrated and cheap. Solid and reliable free Wi-Fi. The staff are efficient and friendly. Great value for money!

Booked for weekend for 3 (2 adults, 1 child) in one room. Very comfortable bed; quiet; central location; good breakfasts. Huge shower. Good towels and accoutrements. Couldn't fault it. Wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else on returns trips - which there will be because Lille is a lovely town.

This place was a huge disappointment after the reviews on the site. The entrance is shabby, the seats in the lobby are cheap, too low and extremely difficult to get in and out of. It is impossible to get a taxi in a reasonable amount of time and it is too far away from the two train stations. There are no bathtubs in the better rooms and the sheets are very scratchy. No feather pillows available.Nice touch is a minibar with beverages and snacks, as well as Nespresso machine. Food in restaurant is very average and the choice is extremely limited.

I am glad you enjoyed our complimentary mini bar and Nespresso machine.

I'm really sorry to read that you think our lobby is “shabby”.
All the materials have been chosen with precision and in collaboration with local artists and craft workers. Tiling, wallpaper, lights... all these parts to make you enter into our vintage universe. Our seating are from the famous "Mobilier de France, 1925" brand and often awake touching memories in our customers’ minds.

I sincerely apologize for the delay of your driver, the traffic in Lille in the morning is very complicated; do not hesitate to ask us for your taxi the night before to optimize your trips.

Besides, we tried to find any solution to make your stay better; by proposing to you a room with a bathtub and bringing you feather pillows.
Our receptionists are our best ambassadors if you wish in the future to have more details on an establishment do not hesitate to contact them directly.

Finally, I'm sorry the food did not please you. The Room Service Menu proposes three starters, seven dishes, three desserts and a dish of the day. The Chef offer a fresh cuisine, made minute with dishes renewed according to the season.

Stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast expensive used cafe across road. Handy for Metro. Lots of eateries in area. Visit Tourist office for map of area and places to visit. English speaking staff, very friendly. Popular place at lunch time but no dinner in evening. Had room on 6th floor, very quiet. Did not like modern wedge shaped sink in bathroom, very slow draining, water lying in sink for a while, not nice when sharing.

The rooms are a fair size for Europe but like others there was nowhere but the ground to put our suitcase. There was a very tippy bench in our room which we obviously didn’t end up using. The bathrooms are nice and the service is good. It’s walking distance from the train station and from the attractions. If you’re coming off the train the sidewalks are a little bumpy and it’s not obvious that there’s a hotel (we walked right by it) but the hotel itself is new and thus quite clean. The rooms are cute (I especially loved the wallpaper in the halls and stopped on every floor to see what they had )
