We found the apartment sizes to be very small here, especially the bathroom was extremely cramped. There was also no t emperature control for the two bedrooms during the stay which was very uncomfortable. The hotel is in a decent location and there are reasonable facilities available within close vicinity.

So, if you stay on the weekend, Sat. Night lasts on the square below till after two. Use your ear plugs.
From the photos to reality is a long way, it s really like nothing is picked up after it was set down. Boxes, cleaning supplies, drywall, vacuums.. Doesn't t seem to move. On the plus, easy walking distance to the river, Capitol square, museums.... We used a cab from the Gare.20. Euros. I think the walk is almost a mile.
All in all. Ok for our three days, but next time it would be different.
The bed is just ok and you have to wait for hot water. Wifi is super.

Room Tip: Maybe the patio rooms are quieter

This hotel was well located, short walking distance from the main centre and train station. Room was clean, air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom had a good shower. The wifi worked well. The location might not be for everybody with the square below which can be quite loud during the night until the early morning but didn't bother us. I think there were quieter rooms. Only thing I could complain about is the cheap hard towels and the bathroom was slightly on the small side but again, not a problem for us. I would go back for the location - good value for money considering how central it is.

Room Tip: If you don't want to be disturbed at night then ask for a patio room (an internal window)

I have to say that we chose this hotel because of the rate (65 euro per night), so we did not expect too much. However, the hotel is very dirty and old, there is not elevator, in a dirty and noisy street of Toulose. My room (22) was very small, the bathroom narrow and without windows or air system.
Do not stay there for more than one night. However, staff was kind.

Room Tip: If you are a couple or you like cleanliness and comfort, choose another hotel. But is is cheap.

Arnaud Bernard hotel is one of those privately owned, European almost motel-style hotels where everything you need is taken care of, even if it is nothing fancy or super-comfortable. The place was clean enough, but most of the furniture and blankets were old (do not expect a luscious duvet or a super fresh smell -- the plain, flat blankets were old with a single stain but did the job). For the price it was a good deal and it is in a nice location right in the center. The wifi worked and I had a decent sleep. I asked for a "quiet room" and did not hear the noise of the main square where it is located at all throughout out the night. Overall it was decent.

Room Tip: ask for a "chambre tranquille" if you want a good sleep ;-)
