I was there few months ago and I fall in love in this place.Very confortable rooms, very nice people, fantastic restaurant,we relaxed in the very big and very clean garden. What is very important that location of this hotel is just close to Rocamadour. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and all tripadvisor users.

We booked here last week for two nights to explore Rocamadour and Padirac. We were a family of two adults and three children. We chose Le Troubadour on the basis of other recommendations on Tripadvisor and we weren't disappointed. They kindly upgraded us from our two rooms to one of their cottages, which meant that we had our own very comfortable bolt hole with beautiful surroundings and great views. The hotel has a number of gites as well as the main hotel and is approximately 2 miles from Rocamadour - which was perfect as I wouldn't want to be in Rocamadour itself. We only had b&b but breakfast was great. The staff were lovely throughout - friendly and helpful. It was exactly what this family needed and hoped for - not super deluxe, bit tired in places, but full of character and spot on.

My wife and I stayed at Le Troubadour in late June because of its proximity to Rocamadour and also because of the great reviews it had received on Tripadvisor. It lived up to its reputation.
The rooms are small and relatively simple but spotlessly clean. The pool area and gardens are wonderful and just what we needed to cool down and then be able to dry off in the shade to avoid the full intensity of the sun.
Dinner in the hotel is a wonderful experience, the menu may be limited but the food and wine is exquisite.
We will certainly be returning.

This hotel is located in its own grounds about 1 km from the centre of Rocamadour. The rooms are quite small but well appointed and spotlessly clean like the whole property which is maintained in immaculate condition. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of options. Dinner is served from a limited menu that changes each evening. The food and presentation are very good. The hotel also has some gites on sites which would be perfect for a fmaily holiday. the hotel pool was open in early April with blue skies overhead.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to visit Rocamadour. The location of the hotel is beautiful and tranquil and very close to the cliffside village. Our ground floor room near the pool was very clean, although somewhat cramped and dark with a small bathroom. Breakfast was ample and good. We enjoyed taking an evening stroll into the surrounding countryside to watch the sheep graze.
