Originally from the West Coast of the US, I am used to very high quality, fresh sushi, which I've had trouble finding in France, especially in smaller towns. However, I was pleasantly surprised after having tried EAT Sushi. Normally a sushi franchise would have the worst sushi, but this franchise is different. The restaurant is very clean and modern, with a friendly wait staff. The menu is very complete, with even some added gems.
The prices are the lowest I've seen in France as well. They're still high for sushi, in my opinion (17-20 for le menu), but probably the lowest I've seen in France. I had a specialty roll (scallops, tomato coulis, olive oil), yakitori and the traditional cabbage salad, and was content with everything.
