We booked the room for 6 nights. The director (Christophe) was really nice and willing to help to satisfy our needs. When I complained that the room was too small, he showed me several other rooms and let me choose the one I liked best.
The rooms were very clean (hardwood floors, contemporary bathrooms, renovated windows etc).
On the downside, you can hear people in the hallway walking and talking. It would have been nice if you could call someone at the hotel in case of emergency, but there is no one at the front desk, simply because it's a bed and breakfast.

Once found, we enjoyed it! Very friendly staff, and good dinners in a busy cheery dining area/bar. Breakfasts were basic, but satisfactory. The room was large, but lacking a bit in features - eg only 1 plastic chair - nowhere to lay things down except a small desk. Found it unhygienic that the WC was at one side of the room, and the wash basin in the shower area at the other side of the room. But I would still go back. The ease of access to the city by the trams is a big plus, with free parking rather than paying the fees charged by hotels in the centre.

Room Tip: Absolutely no traffic noise despite being on road side of hotel.

This is a small hotel with a minimalist decoration in the rooms, which are spotless. There are automatic blinds, which is great to have a good sleep, a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilites and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The building with the rooms has a front garden with a patio where there is plenty of space to park your car. Next to the hotel, there is the restaurant run by the same owners which serves delicious food in a friendly and nice atmosphere. Another good point of this hotel is that there is a tram stop just in front of it and you can be at the city centre in four stops more. I recommend you to buy a 10-trip card that costs 10€ and it's really useful.

The only problem is that, when you arrive, you won't probably find anyone waiting for you at the reception but Christopher will surely be in the restaurant so, just give him a call, and in 2 minutes, he'll be there to help you.

the room is big though kind of empty, the bathroom is also big and also kind of empty. no amenities but a kettle which is a nice touch. The place is in the middle of nowhere but close enough to the city centre. The bar/restaurant is really bad, though wines are interesting.

A family owned and run hotel with adjacent restaurant. Our room was spotless, as were the linen and towels. The bed was very comfortable and having mentioned to the proprietor, when he asked how we had slept, that another pillow would be good - it just appeared.

The hotel consists of only 5 rooms each named after a wine domaine. Each is different, but doubtless decorated and maintained to the same high standard as ours.

Parking is free and situated off the road in the hotel grounds. The adjacent restaurant is also family owned and managed and is where a very good breakfast is €9. The restaurant provides good quality food and the menu du jour at lunchtime is very good value. It has an extensive and competitively priced wine list. Note at present the restaurant closes on Saturday after lunch reopening on Monday morning.

The tram line runs outside the hotel with a stop approximately 2-300 metres away making travel within Montpellier very easy and economical. The trams run frequently and the main railway station is only 5 stops away.

The hotel is very close to both the Clementville and Beausoleil cliniques.

For part of our stay my wife was at the hotel on her own and the care and concern shown by the owner and all the staff was both genuine and comforting.
