I love tea, and to find Mariage Freres around the corner from my hotel was such a treat. We had lunch there one day with their very special champagne cocktail. And we bought both tea bags and loose tea to take home. An extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff - I can't wait for a return trip to stock up on more tea! And perhaps to sample a full afternoon tea - delicious cakes!

Went here with friends who live in Paris and recommended it. Ordered the Marco Polo Blue Tea. Elegantly presented in silver teapot.

This is such a classy and yet cozy tea shop and store. We had some tea late one afternoon along with a whimsical lemon meringue. It was so fun having tea in this refined setting, and browsing all the different teas and items in the shop is fun.

Totally unexpected! Here you can drink Tea obviously, but more important it is a great tea store with a good selection and very nicely dressed staff to help you. They also have a small tea museum. This is place is worth a small detour!
