Description: RECH, ALAIN DUCASSE’S SEAFOOD RESTAURANT IN PARISMore than just a seafood restaurant, Rech is an institution dating back to the 1920s and taken over by Alain Ducasse in 2007.It is a must of the capital’s restaurants with its elegant décor and prime location in the heart of Paris’s 17th arrondissement, just minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and Place de l’Etoile. Delicious cuisine from the sea with a hint of Mediterranean traditions, the finest ingredients, ideal pairings, clearly the height of good taste. Young chef Adrien Trouilloud’s talents combine exquisitely with Jacques Maximin’s creative impulse. Discover the dishes that have made the restaurant famous, such as its Grenobloise-style SKATE fish or the pan-seared line-caught SOLE, sautéed baby potatoes. Or make your selection for the finest tailor made seafood platter, and take it away.

Creative fresh menu, wonderful service. Lovely ambiance. A bit $$$ but worth it. Trip advisor is full of itself. This is all I'm going to say. Rech is fantastic.

I was only going to be in Paris overnight, and choosing a spot for dinner in a city with 18,000 choices was daunting... However, Le Rech caught my attention because I adore seafood and was looking for a place with some history. This restaurant was exactly what I was hoping for. This was probably the freshest tasting and incredibly well presented seafood I have ever come across. I opted for a tasting menu which covered the gambit from fresh oysters (4 types), to sea urchin, to several fish courses. Each was amazing, and at the end of the evening I left knowing that I had just experienced wha can only be described as the most incredible dining experience I have ever had. Service and staff members are professionals dedicated to ensuring you have the most memorable experience possible-
If you are looking for amazing seafood in Paris, Le Rech is not to be missed!

Thank Brian R

Excellent seafood restaurant in Paris. Restaurant manager shows sense of humor. The mullet carpaccio with sea urchin is amazing. The signature gilt head bream with beetroot sauce is a dish i ordered twice during my two visits. The scallops and lobster are very pleasing. The eclair is delicious and their French toast is a dish i will always remember.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at Rech in November.

Service was attentive, helpful, and kind. The lead service manager in the dining room upstairs seemed to be genuinely enjoying his job, and made sure that we were similarly enjoying our evening.

The seafood was high quality and well-prepared. Presentation was unique and beautiful. We found the wine list to be excellent, with many high quality options.

Finally, we were blown away by the desserts, which were flavorful and rich without being overwhelming. We aren't huge dessert people, but every aspect was excellent and would go back again for the lemon marshmallows alone!!!

We had dinner with friends and it was our first time there.
We loved it! Service is top notch, food is out of this world and that little "bistro" atmosphere is killing it.
The wine list is a trip in itself and the living proof that a fine wine does not have to cost an arm!
Do not miss the guimauve (gourmet marshmallow kinda) with your expresso. Repeat: do NOT miss it.
We had a wonderful time.
