Reasonably priced hotel by Paris standards, close to public transport giving you access to all the major tourist sites.

Clean room and friendly staff.

Two local supermarkets just down the street from hotel which was very convenient.

We had room number 10. One of two rooms with a terrace, which was an absolute god send for some tranquil peace after a long day in the city, before heading off for our evenings out, absolute bliss!!

The hotel is located near so many great restaurants, bars and also well stocked supermarkets. There is also a Farmers Market around the corner on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which was huge and great fun to check out all the bits!

The staff couldn't be more helpful. They found us more coat hangers, got my fiancée a vase for the flowers I bought her, printed our tickets to the Louvre, ordered us taxis and informed us of places to go, shop, eat. They are friendly at all hours of the day, and always available!!

We didn’t have the breakfasts but for 2 Euros we got a coffee from their Nespreso machine in the cafe to enjoy in our rooms whilst getting ready.

The room was spotless and cleaned every day, leaving a lush minty fresh scent in the rooms upon our return! The room has a good hairdryer and an absolute deluge of a shower!! Fresh towels every day as well.

The room has a good sized wardrobe, kettle, fridge and Air Conditioning!! The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains provide a fantastic nights rest!
I cannot find any fault in Le 20 Priuere Hotel and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Room Tip: Room 10 & 11 have external terraces. We had room 10.

My husband and I stayed here five nights and were so glad we did! The room was plenty big enough, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was just fine (given what it would have cost us outside the hotel, it was great!), and the location, just a short walk to Place Republic (a main underground hub) was wonderful! And yet, it wasn't a noisy location. Just a very short walk away were many cafes, restaurants, a number of good groceries, and even a laundry. We will deficiently stay here again that next time we're in Paris!

Room Tip: Just ask for a quiet room and you'll likely get one! Ours was perfect for us!

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was ample. The location is convenient to Place de La République. My room was very small and the bed was tiny and not too comfortable. I had expected a bit more for the price.

Dear Sarah,
Thank you very much for your review.
Regarding the bed and the room, maybe you booked a single bedroom. Next time you could try the double bedroom.
But we are more than happy if you enjoyed your stay in Paris, and with our staff.
Best regards

Stayed here for 3 nights in may with two family members. We had a room with three single beds and it was very tight for space for three adults and not a lot of room for bags. Wasn’t as spacious as pictures had shown (two singles were right up against each other like a queen bed). The beds sunk quite a bit but the rooms were clean and staff were nice. Would be better if only two people were staying in the room

Thank you for the compliment about our staff and clean service, it's our first priority.
About the size of the room, it's the standard size for a 3* Hotel in Paris.
