Description: The Sunken Chip is the first and only fish and chip shop in Paris. Started in the summer of 2013, the crew of the Sunken Chip provide the freshest fish, delivered each day, with true thick cut English Chips and our famous mushy peas!

I tasted fish and chips in other places in Paris (pubs) and this one is one of the best. Remind that you are not in the country of the Fish and Chips!
People complain because it's expensive, but it's the same prices as other places, and it's Paris.
I was very happy to find Irn Bru and British beers. The place to be if you want to eat a good fish n'chips

This place should have stayed sunken, the fish was so oily it was actually sickening. I would not recommend it nor would I go back to this grease bucket. Cute interior but poor seating selection.

A great find in Paris. Quality food, served well with all the embellished details (or lack thereof) of a genuine 'Fish 'n' Chips' joint. Mushed peas are a bonus.

This place is well worth a visit for lunch. The double-cooked chips were very tasty; the haddock was fresh and the batter thin and crisp (more like tempura batter than traditional beer-type batter). The peas were more 'crushy' than mushy, but it worked! Not a bad mug of tea either. A popular place, and rightly so.

When in Rome etc... but Im not I was in Paris and one ofhte joys of Paris is the quirky side of the road out of the ordinary places to eat.

A modern take of the old sit-in chips shops I remember as a kid, I hate to use the phrase but a jamie'd version if you like. Not a huge menu but its a chip shop, if you're disapointed with the menu you obviously werent looking for fish and chips. Cooked very very well, chips lovely hot and not soggy and freshly made 'mushy' peas (if im honest the best Ive ever tasted). Will be keeping an eye open for the 'pop up' version of the shop too.

Well done guys food to remember.
