location is very good: 5 minutes from Arch du Triumph, metro & RER station, champs elysee. Clean rooms, helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast is very convenient in comparison with other European 3 stars hotels. The only negative thing, is that, TVs are hanged on wall at almost 1.7 meter high ... so, watching it causes neck painful ... but nobody visits paris to watch TV :)

Dear Guest,

Thank you so much for your review after your stay with us... Your satisfaction is our award, I have shared your comment with the rest of the team. And in 2016, our TV contract will expire, so we will renew it with new TVs and we will take your comment about their height :)...
We will be honored to welcome you again for your next French tour
Sincerely,
Marc L.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review after your stay with us! We are happy to read that you were satisfied with the room and our staff... We are sorry for the inconvenience of the Paris city cleaning road employee in the morning, they usually come later in the morning...
We hope to see you again to win the other 2 points with a higher floor room on the courtyard, synonym of 0 noise :)
Sincerely,
Marc L.

Four of us have just spent six most enjoyable nights at the hotel Princesse Caroline just off the Champs Elyse in Rue Troyon. A special thank you to Marc, Carla,Marina and all the other staff members for all your help, friendliness and professionalism. This is a family owned small boutique hotel with some little quirks that make it an interesting place to stay. The reception and cosy lounge/bar are beautifully decorated with gleaming tile flooring and walnut wall panelling. A statue of Aphrodite stands in an alcove behind the reception desk. I don't think it is the original though! The copy is quite 'armless .

We stayed in room 364 on the 6th floor. A small, yet quiet, well appointed room with a double built in wardrobe in the entry. A new split system air conditioner is fitted and was very effective in the steamy Paris weather. There is a safe in the wardrobe. The room has a TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Good lighting with quality bedside lamps and four wall sconces.

The bathroom has been recently refitted and was spotless. Hot, hot water at good pressure.

The only downside to the room was that the telephone was inoperative. Marc the manager advised that work was continuing to remedy the problem. He offered free use of the reception telephone for outside calls.

The lift is small and only holds two persons plus baggage, more than adequate though.

Unfortunately, we experienced some problems with the inclusive buffet breakfast. The range of foods was excellent but temporary staff were slow to replenish. We waited 45 minutes on the second day for scrambled egg, the same day that a blazing row occurred between wait and kitchen staff in the kitchen. These problems did not occur once I advised management. Be aware of larger groups taking all the cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts etc for their lunch! Some people never cease to amaze me.

Oh, and did I mention the bed? Superbly comfortable.

I would have given this hotel a 5 but the broken telephone and the breakfast experience marks it at 4. Nevertheless, my wife and I will stay here again and I thoroughly recommend it. A great location and wonderful front of house staff.

Dear Maurice T,

First of all thank you for your lovely and so honest comment! All the team and especially me were very happy to share some time with you and try to help you... You four were absolutely terrific guests, always on a good mood, benevolent, attentive... I sincerely mean it! If Nathalie from chez Gabrielle and Hotel Princesse Caroline have to elect the best guests for a while, the 364/352 team will surely be on the podium first place ! We spoke about that together!
I hope (and I am not worried at all for that) that you will enjoy your trip next steps, the program is great!
Finally, I am sorry for the problem you had with the breakfast (they were effectively slower than usual and other guest were not as polite as you unfortunately)... We will fix this couple of inconvenience asap...
Wish you the very very very best to you 4 guys
Sincerely,
Marc L.

A friend and I stayed there for our weekend getaway to Paris and it was great. The location is awesome literally steps away from the Arc and steps from a metro station. It a small hotel, nothing super fancy but its not too expensive and the location was great.

Dear Ana,

Thank you very much for your lovely review... Actually, we try to provide charm and superior 3 stars service to our guests with a competitive price at 150 from Arc de Triomphe/300 m from the Champs Elysées... Paris has already so many 4-stars and 5-stars hotels :)... I have shared with the team, we were pretty happy to welcome you and your friend and we will be glad to welcome you again...
Sincerely,
Marc L.

We just finished a terrific (or should I say lovely :-) ) three night stay in the Princesse Caroline. The stay was great from start to finish. Our rooms was on the street, and there might have been a little noise, but nothing to bother. The room was large, the airconditioning was BLISSFULLY cool (100 degrees in Paris - nothing you expect). The service was always pleasant and helpful. Sorry to say that we never got up in time for breakfast so cannot comment on that - but everything we experienced was all good. A nice hotel, perfect location, and great value. We'll be back!!!!!
