This restaurant was recommended to us and the person doing so wasn't wrong. We were slightly dubious when we walked in to be told they weren't open yet, and we were directed downstairs to a very dark cocktail bar. On going back up to the restaurant half an hour later it was very busy. The staff were very friendly and the guy that took our order was very knowledgeable in respect of the steaks. We went on his recommendations and the food was superb.....fillet steak and a surf and turf....delicious!! The profiterole dessert (a giant choux pastry ball filled with fresh cream and chocolate ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce) was also delicious and we were glad we were sharing! Having read some negative reviews of this place, we would say, go and make your own mind up. We would definitely visit again, especially as the greeter chased us down the road after we'd left, to thank us for visiting!!
