2 stars for the cleanliness and location and that is all! Aside from that there is no other stars to give! We stayed as a group booking so had a chance to view the rooms and they Were all equally pathetic in size. No where to store suitcase, and one bathroom was that small that you couldn’t lay a bath mat out. The mattresses are HORRENDOUS! Springs poking out everywhere that even stabbed my partner on the leg thru the night. If there was space it would have been more comfortable on the floor. The included breakfast- croissant and sugary cereal or toast. We walked out the first morning and didn’t even bother the second.
Spend your money elsewhere!

Aside from the location of this hotel, our experience wasn't a good one.

It began with check-in where the lady at reception tried to charge me 30E more than my booking confirmation claiming it was city tax. Once we'd agreed that was a mistake (it took a while) she finally agreed on the rate my confirmation stated and the 1E per night city tax. Sadly between the time we agreed on a number and the card machine there was some further... confusion. Not a great start to our stay as I had very little trust in the staff from this point.

The interior of the hotel is basic which in itself wouldn't be an issue if it was also clean. We discovered various insects in our very compact bathroom where sitting on the toilet was a feat in itself. The shower had poor pressure largely due to the numerous holes in the shower hose.

The beds were horrific clearly having outstayed their welcome by about 5 years. Squeaky and painful were how my two nights went. The pillows were also a joke.

I would not recommend this hotel, not even based on location.

Was worried about staying here after reading what some people had written. Yes room was small as was the bathroom, but nice and clean towels changed daily, lovely and warm. We came to see Paris and not stay in the room. Typical continental breakfast which was fab; croissants, yogurt, coffee etc. We found all staff very polite and helpful. The hotel was in a wonderful location to visit all tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. There is a safe storage room for baggage prior to departure at no extra cost which enables you to have your last views of Paris and return knowing luggage is safe. All in all this little hotel was great. We had no problems and would definitely go back again. I certainly would recommend this hotel.

Small but clean room. Cleaning every day. Comfortable breakfest time (7-10am). Very kind service. The bathroom small and clean. Perfect place if you preferred to see Paris and not sitting in your hotel. Very good location.

Stayed for 5 days early March. Hotel is small but convenient right on two metros where €1.90 will get you into Central Paris. Rooms were serviced every day with fresh towels emptied bins and bed made. We had a room in the eaves and the ceiling sloped on one side at 5ft 2 I had to duck to get into bed but was very amusing. Staff were friendly and full of local advice and laughed with us at our very poor French breakfast continental but you wouldn't expect anything less. A little noisy from theatre guests exiting theatre but only for a short while. On the whole if you are wanting a base to visit Gay Paree then this is perfect. Taxi service door to airport on departure for €30 great end to our city break Luggage storage secure needing security card for entry.
