This was a wonderful hotel. It is small and friendly. Yes the check in is small and the lounge is not big but the welcome was excellent. English is spoken and they were happy to do everything and more. The rooms were great. They had a kettle bath/shower and were large for Paris. They had air con, which was very effective and also had tv and a great view out of both windows. To get there come off at brancion and turn left right and left under the big flyover. It took 5 minutes from the peripherique. The parking garage costs 15 euros a night but is spacious and secure and is literally 2 minutes from the hotel with easy access to the main routes out o to the motorways. The metro is 55 steps from the hotel. You turn left right and it is there its two stops to montparnasse station and from there about 7 to the eiffel tower. It took about 20 mins from getting on the tube at pernety to getting off at the eiffel. It was about 20 minutes also from Monmatre. The "bar" was non existent though. It is a cooling cupboard that was never opened. However this was good as there is a bar next to the station. Not " au metro" the one opposite this was full of locals and really friendly and again spoke English. Great to sit outside and watch the world go by. There are patisseries and boulangeries right outside the door so fruit bread croissants and the like are there to buy to eat on the go. The triple rooms were genuine double bed and single bed. Not a couch but a proper bed. Really delighted and really happy with the experience. It is not 5 stars a d you won't get all the trimmings and posh service but for what you pay for it is superb and well worth the money. fantastic.

Our top floor room (With lift - no worries) was lovely - small but with everything you might need, and the bathroom was perfect too, with bath/shower that worked just perfectly.
The bed was great and all was quiet too. The 24 hour access was useful too (we arrived very late but had prepaid so no issues at all).
Yes the rooms are small by the standards of other cities, but remember that after Tokyo, Paris has the smallest per capita living space in the world, so bear this in mind.
Oe small tip _ skip the breakfast buffet and go down the road to the meilleur Ovrier de France (best worker in France) rated bakers for amazing croissants - if jet lagged like me, go before 6 am and get a 25% discount on the shop prices and extra freshness too!

A few friends and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the city and were very pleased. Super close to the metro and conveniently located near restaurants and cafes, it was very easy for us to get what we needed and get around. The room was clean and spacious for a European hotel and you could stand up in the shower (not always possible). The air conditioning was reliable and refreshing after 90 degree days of sightseeing. Two thumbs up!

Had a party staying here .. nice area but hotel was so basic ... rooms small .. shower was really tiny .. and I mean really tiny .. breakfast was also on the limited side .. it was perhaps standard parisian food but for the costs involved I was less than impressed given it has 3 stars ..

Room Tip: avoid the street side as there are local pubs that serve until about 2pm ..

Good location, hotel and room ok but what a surprise to find the door close at my arrival (5th of june), the receptionist explained me that it's because he was alone and not behind the desk so it's why I had to ring the bell and wait.
ok fair enough, but what was, in my opinion, unprofessional is that the receptionist after opening the door for me left me alone at the desk to get himself a coffee!!!!
Did you hear about the "concept" customers first????
Another thing from the bedroom you can hear absolutely everything single noise from the corridor, stairs, lift.
Very annoying during the night. when you try to sleep
Last thing the receptionist for the check out this morning (6th of june) was not really friendly!
I don't know if I would recommend this hotel especially because of the noise maybe ask for a bedroom at the bottom of the corridor far away from the stairs and lift.
