We stayed for three nights in a junior suite. The room was immaculate and smelled gorgeous. The bed was super comfy. The house keeping kept everything immaculate I was very happy with our room and extremely happy with the the staff who did everything possible to help in any way, even when i was getting ready to see the moulin rouge show and realised I had forgotten my favourite red lipstick. I rang reception and one of the staff went on a mission to find me a red lipstick, which she did! A must for the Moulin rouge show! They also went out of their way to source my husbands favourite T-bags ( normally he takes some with him) now that's what I call service.

The Champs Elysees Plaza Hotel provides a welcome respite from the crowds and noise experienced by the typical Paris pedestrian. The staff was very helpful. It was 33C on the day we arrived and the air conditioner leaked - a call to the front desk and the staff was there in ten minutes to fix it. The junior suite was nicely decorated and the bed was excellent.
The room was immaculate from a cleanliness standpoint. The small bar is a great place to conduct business and the restaurant was an enjoyable place to enjoy breakfast.
We will definitely return again on our next visit to Paris

This hotel can't really be faulted.

The service is gracious and discreet.
The rooms (we had a junior suite) were beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard.
The bar and dining room were comfortable and very welcoming.

Good location, quiet, small and a real gem in central Paris.

I went back to a place that I have known since it was being redesigned as a 'time share' facility back in the 90s. In all my experiences of it, now as a great hotel, I have never had a bad experience. As a solo traveller this time I spent 4 nights in a beautiful, well appointed room [12], had breakfast each morning and then spent the rest of the time idling my time reading, walking, going to a jazz club, classical concert etc etc etc! The staff are most friendly and helpful whatever their role and even though there were a tiny couple of hiccups with a bit of room service [swiftly corrected] it would never take away anything from a very professionally run establishment and a great place.
It is well placed, quiet but handy should you want the buzz of the Champs Elysees but also offers great accessibility to the rest of the city although I do walk everywhere out of choice. Treated myself to coffee at Le Fouquets but otherwise, grazed at other 'off-the-beaten-track' cafes. Am returning in May and looking forward to it already.
