I stayed here in May, when I was on business in villejuif, but obviously I rather stay in Paris itself and this was perfect. Close to the subway, which took me to the train station, but also to the center quite rapidly. Rooms are somewhat specially decorated (a bit 101 arabian nights style), this might put off some people, but all was clean. The rooms are not too spacious, but normal size for Paris standards, have stayed in smaller rooms. The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly, altough I don't know if they are able to speak English. The neighbourhood is a bit quiet, not much to do, not many people on the street, but seems safe. When you turn the corner you are at porte d'Orléans, where there is a subway station (to the latin quarter within 15 minutes), but also some nice simple, but good quality restaurants.
So in conclusion a good hotel at a convenient location.More
