Description: Bollynan is the Indian Street food in Paris. It is a family business, driven by the desire to offer generous cuisine, modern & reasonably priced. We are happy to reach all audiences, young, old, French, foreigners, Indians. All our cooking is homemade, with daily fresh products (we peel 30 kg of sweet potatoes, 60 kg of potatoes, 20 kg of zucchini... per day). We take care of the quality of our products: our nans are made with organic flour, our lassis with milk from the Viltain Farm (near Paris), our beers and wines are organic... The strength of Bollynan? Its a very fast service, a simple cooking, mildly spicy dishes. All prepared dishes are exposed in front of our customers and constantly renewed. Our customers can compose their dishes rapidly. It’s an advantage for group meals, events, since everyone can choose what they like. It is then up to us to serve you, at table, always! The nans are made minute by minute in front of your eyes by our chef.
