I stayed one night in this hotel. First surprise are the stairs leading from the entrance to the reception and no one to help with luggage. Elevator is very narrow but we were able to get into it as we were only 2. Room at the frist floor was too small, doors from bathroom touching the bed when they were opened. No carpet. On TV many french channels, one russian. No english. No balcony, French windows overlooking the main street, but fortunately glass is thick enough to reduce the noice. In the morning we were woke up by garbage truck. Bad light in the bathroom above the mirror - geting lighter from time to time so it was not possible to put on the make-up.
Beds vere wooden, with comfortable mattresses and there was also an extra pillow available. Doors from the corridor to room where difficult to be opened as they are incorporated into a thick wall and are rather heavy, poor cleaning lady to exercise with it daily :/
We were dissapointed by breakfast. As we are used to central european way of food with ham, cheese, bacon, eggs, bread, vegetables, the hotel choice of croissant, three types of cereals, jam, butter, yoghurt, milk, coffee, orange juice and one type of tea did not satisfied our taste. The basket with croissants was almost empty and the bwaitress seemed to be very unvilling to put there more pieces, I have no idea why. There is self service in the restaurant.
One of few positive facts about the hotel is its location. Close to public transport and is situated in the centre - we were able to walk to Eiffel tower, to Notre Dame, Triumph arc etc.
For my next stay, however, I would look for another accomodation.

Room Tip: maybe room other then on the first floor and with the wiew not to the street is the better choice

We stayed there for 3 nights. Our room was small, but clean. Really liked the french balcony. Bed was comfy and we got clean towels daily. Only minus side was in the bathroom, there was a bath and shower combo but no shower curtain which means there was water everywhere after a shower.
Hotel also has a lift which was handy cos we had 2 huge suitcases.
Location was just great, easy to go everywhere. There is a supermarket close by and also a laundromat about 10 min walk away.
Overall nice stay and good value for money!

Situated very central near the Garnier Opera and within walking distance from everything you will see from the hop-on hop-off bus, it is anexcellent deal. People are very friendly and helpful, air conditioning is ok Rooms are small but very clean.

Room Tip: Street is nice if you ask for higher floor 3 or 4.
